The Monel K500 Pipe is known for its smooth surface and precise dimensions, making it superior to other pipe types. It can be cylindrical or hydraulic in shape and has a composition of 63% nickel, 27% copper, along with titanium, iron, silicon, manganese, aluminum, and carbon. This blend gives the ASME SB165 Monel Welded Pipe a minimum yield strength of 790MPa and a minimum tensile strength of 1100MPa. With a high melting point of 1350 degrees Celsius, these pipes can withstand high temperatures.
